Tutors & Admins can create an Incident or Service Request for platform issues via our Self Service Portal

If you experience difficulty accessing the Self Service, please email selfserviceaccess@tribalgroup.com, where our systems team will be happy to help.

Learner Support

Learners should raise any issues with their tutor and/or organisation in the first instance. WEST tutors/admins should utilise the self service platform above to raise issues on behalf of learners.
